| Mr. Philip John Hampden-Smith |

| Education and Experience: |
Mr Philip Hampden-Smith, aged 51, from the UK, was
appointed to the Board on 6 January 2006. Having worked in
the UK, Europe and Asia, Mr Hampden-Smith has extensive
experience in the financial services industry. He is currently
Executive Vice President and General Manager, South East Asia
Operations, Manulife Financial. Mr Hampden-Smith is
responsible for Manulife’s six operations in the ASEAN area
(Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and
Vietnam).
Mr Hampden-Smith first joined Manulife Financial in Hong
Kong in 1996 and concurrently held 2 positions - President &
CEO of Manulife's Investment operations and Vice President,
Marketing & Communications. While in Hong Kong during
this period, Mr Hampden-Smith was elected Executive Board
member of the Hong Kong Investments Funds Association and
was a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
Prior to his posting in Singapore, Mr Hampden-Smith was Vice
President, Regional Operations, Asia, for Manulife Financial,
and was responsible for overseeing the company's operations
in the Philippines and Singapore as well as mutual fund
development across Asia. Prior to this, he was President
Director of Manulife Indonesia for 3 years. During his time in
this position, Mr Hampden-Smith oversaw a four-fold increase
in assets of Manulife Indonesia, the rapid development of
Manulife Asset Management Indonesia and a significant
acquisition that made Manulife Indonesia the leading pension
provider in the country as well as Indonesia's leading insurer and fund manager. |

| Education and Experience: |
John Flanders has over 20 years of Finance related experience, 13 years of which has been with Manulife in Asia. John is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Manulife Insurance Thailand and has been in this position for 2 years. Prior to this, he worked in Jakarta, Indonesia for 6 years as Chief Financial Officer and also as the CEO of Manulife Asset Management Indonesia. The Asset management Company had more than US$1 billion of assets under management and managed mutual, pension and private funds.
Prior to Jakarta, John worked in both Hong Kong and Singapore, managing Manulife Asia Regional Accounting and consolidation.
John was trained as an accountant in London England and qualified as a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1992. He is now a Fellow of the Association and holds a Bachelors degree in Applied Economics from the University of East London. |

“Michael Dommermuth is presently Senior Vice President and Head of MFC Global Investment Management (MFC GIM) Asia. He is responsible for overseeing Manulife's investment activities across all of Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Mr. Dommermuth is an expert in credit and structuring products and has extensive knowledge in the investment industry.
Michael joined Manulife in Boston, in 2001, to head product development for institutional spread-based business activities. He moved from Boston to Hong Kong in December 2004. Prior to joining Manulife, Michael had more than 22 years of capital market experience and international experience in London and Sydney.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Management Science from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pennsylvania.

| Education and Experience: |
Christopher Teo is presently President and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Insurance (Thailand) PCL (MIT) and he is also a President of Manulife Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operations Officer of Manulife Singapore. His responsibilities include New Business Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims and Customer Care as well as Partnership Services. He was also a member of the local Senior Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Manulife, Mr. Teo was the Regional Head of Marketing (Asia ex. Japan) for a General Insurance Multinational company. He had previously held management positions in other companies within the insurance and banking sector. His experience spans a number of areas including: general management & operations, sales & marketing plus product life-cycle management.
Mr. Teo was a finalist and runner-up at the 4th Young ASEAN Manager Award, held last year in Brunei Darussalam. This is an honor from the ASEAN Insurance Council that acknowledges outstanding young managers for their achievements, contributions and dedication within the ASEAN insurance industry. A graduate of the Australian National University in Canberra with majors in Accounting, Economics and Econometrics, Mr. Teo is also a Certified Management Accountant by profession. |

| Education and Experience: |
Sa-Ngiem has more than 21 years of experience in professional firms. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of senior positions including a Senior Auditor in SGVN (a Local Partner firm of Arthur Andersen Group) and a Senior MIS Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Associates.
Most recently, he spent the past 13 years at Thanachart Fund Management Co., Ltd., where he took several key roles of responsibilities such as Head of Finance & Accounting, Head of Marketing Department Provident Fund, Head of Customer Service and Registrar, and Head of the Office of the President.
Sa-Ngiem has a BA in Accounting, Thammasat University and MBA in Finance, Bangkok University.He also holds the Certified Public Accountant Thailand License, Investor Contact License, Fund Manager License, and attended the Director Certification Program of the Institution of Director. |
