You can use our online service through the internet anytime and anywhere, all you need to do is apply for the “Manulife Click for Funds Online Service” with Manulife Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

  •   Purchase investment units
  •   Redeem investment units
  •   Use the Manulife Savings Plan
  •   Switch investment units
  •   Check outstanding balance

 

Application Procedure

Before commencing the Manulife Click for Funds Online Service, Unitholders are required to apply for the Direct Debit Service in order to pay for the investment units, the procedures are as follows:

Case 1 : If you are an existing Unitholder who already has a fund account but has not applied for the Direct Debit Service, you can apply for the Direct Debit Service at any of the 6 commercial banks namely:KBank, Siam Commercial Bank, Krungsri Bank, Bangkok Bank, TMB and KTB. There are 2 methods of application as follows:

  • Apply through the Management Company: Normal Channel

1.

Download the “Direct Debit Order” form and complete the information required.

2.

Enclose a copy of your savings account or current account bankbook in which you applied for the Direct Debit Service, sign as true copy.

3.

Complete the “Internet Application Form” together with a signed copy of your Identification Card or Passport.

4.

Send the documents to the Management Company to check then the Management Company will forward the documents received to the designated bank to approve the Direct Debit Service.

5.

The Management Company will receive the approval from the bank (which will take approximately 3 weeks). 

6.

The Management Company will issue a personal Login Name/ Password for the use of the internet transactions and send back your personal Login Name/Password to you to the e-mail address specified in the application form within 3 business days from the date the approval has been received from the bank. The applicant is required to change the Login Name/ Password immediately when using the service for the first time.

 
  •    Apply through an ATM of the 6 banks:

1.

Send a copy of the Direct Debit Service application transaction through an ATM (a copy of the slip) to the Management Company.

2.

Enclose a copy of your savings account or current account bankbook in which you applied for the Direct Debit Service, signed as true copy.

3.

Complete the “Internet Application Form” together with a signed copy of your Identification Card or Passport.

4.

The Management Company will check the completeness of the documents and notify you the result of the approval of the Direct Debit Service (which will take approximately 3 weeks). 

5.

The Management Company will issue a personal Login Name/ Password for the use of the internet transactions and send back the personal Login Name/Password to you to the e-mail address specified in the application form within 3 business days from the date of approval for the use of the Direct Debit Service. The applicant is required to change the Login Name/ Password immediately when using the service for the first time.

 

Direct Debit ATM Application Procedure

KasikornBank

 

1.   Enter your ATM PIN Code
2.   Select “English Language”
3.   Select "Mutual Fund/ Apply for Service/ K-Mobile Banking/ Other”
4.   Select "Register Direct Debit/ Auto Top up/ Switch to E-Savings Account”
5.   Select "Register Direct Debit”
6.   Select “Specify Company ID"
7.   Select account used for transaction “Savings Account” or “Current Account”
8.   Enter company ID 33554 and press “Correct”
9.   Enter member ID = your No. ID
10. Acknowledge agreement and conditions of service and press "Confirm"
11. The application procedure is now complete. Please keep the slip for further reference.

Siam Commercial Bank

 

1.  Enter your ATM PIN Code
2.  Select “English”
3.  Select “Apply E-Service”
4.  Select “Direct Debit”
5.  Select account used for transaction “Current” or “Savings”
6.  Select “Others”
7.  Enter company code 9037 and press “Correct”
8.  Enter Customer number = your No. ID and press “Correct”
9.  Enter Reference no. = your No. ID and press “Correct”
10. Acknowledge agreement and conditions of service and press “Confirm”
11. The application procedure is now complete. Please keep the slip for further reference.

Bank of Ayudhya

 

1.   Enter your ATM PIN Code
2.   Select language
3.   Select Other Language
4.   Select “Auto Payment”
5.   Select “Specific A/C No.”
6.   Enter Specific A/C No.1230040085
7.   Acknowledge agreement and conditions of service and press “If Yes”
8.   Select from which A/C (Savings Account or Current Account)
9.   Enter Reference No.1 = your No. ID
10. Enter Reference No.1 = your No. ID
11. The application procedure is now complete. Please keep the slip for further reference.

Bangkok Bank

 

1.   Enter your ATM or Be1st card PIN Code
2.   Select “Apply for Service”
3.   Select “Direct Debit Authority”
4.   Read the "Terms and Conditions" , then press “Agree”
5.   Select “Account Types” (Savings/Current)
6.   Select “Search by Company Code”
7.   Enter the Company Code (5 digits) 99888, then press “Correct”
8.   Enter Reference No.1 = your No. ID
9.   For Reference No.2, please press “NO REFERENCE 2”
10. The system will show the screen confirming your application for the service. Please press “Confirm”
11. After complete your registration, please keep the ATM slip for your reference.

TMB

1.   Enter your ATM PIN Code
2.   Select “Inquiry / Other”
3.   Select “Apply Direct Debit”
4.   Select “Apply for TMB Direct Debit”
5.   Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then Press “Confirm”
6.   Select “Saving Account”
7.   Select Securities/Fund
8.   Enter the Company ID 3915
9.   Enter Reference No.1 = your No. ID
10. Enter Reference No.2 = repeat your No. ID
11. Check and the “Confirm”
12. Please keep the ATM slip for your reference.

KTB

1.   Enter your ATM PIN Code
2.   Select “English Language /Other”
3.   Select “Other”
4.   Select “Apply for Service”
5.   Select “Direct Debit”
6.   Enter the Company Code (4 digits) 6579, then press “Correct”
7.   Enter Reference no. = your No. ID and press “Correct”
8.   Check and the “Confirm”
9.   After complete your registration, please keep the ATM slip for your reference

 

Case 2 : If you are an existing Unitholder who has already applied for the Direct Debit Service, the procedures are as follows:

1.

Complete the “Internet Application Form” together with a signed copy of your Identification Card or Passport and submit directly to the Management Company.

2. 

The Management Company will check the documents and issue and send to you the personal Login Name/Password to the e-mail address specified in the application form within 3 business days from the date all required documents have been received. However, for your own safety, the user is required to change the Login Name/ Password immediately when using the service for the first time.

 How to use the Manulife Click for Funds Online Service

Click on the  sign to connect to the online service system.

Log in using the Login Name and Password sent by the Management Company to your e-mail address or using the Login Name and Password that you have changed.

Click “Enter the Website; which a warning, as per the Notification of the Office of the SEC, will appear then click “Agree” to enter the homepage >> choose the section preferred from the Menu on the top of the page.

You can study the details for using the service by downloading the  “Manual for Using the Internet Trading System” 

 

 Recommendation/Conditions and Important Details

The Unitholder will be able to use the internet transaction service only when a fund account has been opened with the Management Company.

The Unitholder shall keep his/her personal Password confidential.

For the safety of using the service, the applicant must change the Login Name and Password immediately when using the service for the first time.

In the event that the screen is left unattended or no transaction has been conducted for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically log out and would require another log in to enter the system again.

If you have entered the wrong Log In and/or Password more than 3 times, the system will immediately be halted. If you need to use the service, a new Password will be required. The new Password can be sent to you by clicking "Forgot Password".

The Unitholders can use the different services offered on the internet system everyday, 24-hour a day. However, the purchase/redemption/switching of investment unit transactions are available every business day up to 15.30 hrs. (for MS-MONEY Fund, the redemption and/or switch-out of investment units can be conducted every business day up to 13.00 hrs. only). In this case, you will receive the price of the investment units as of the end of the business day.

In the case you have conducted a purchase/redemption/switching of investment unit transaction after 15.30 hrs. (or conducted a purchase/redemption/ switching of investment units transaction after 13.00 hrs. in the case of MS-MONEY Fund) or conducted a transaction on a holiday, such transaction shall be regarded as a transaction of the next business day in which you will receive the price of the investment units as of the end of the next business day.

The Unitholder should log off every time when not using the system.

The Management Company uses your e-mail address to send you the Login Name and Password, such information should be handled with utmost caution. In the event that you have changed/ amended/ added your personal information such as e-mail address, contact address, bank account for receiving the redemption money, please contact the Management Company every time there is a change so that the Management Company can update the information at Tel. 0-2246-7650 extension 8609, 8619.
